During the initial schematic and design development phases of the project we will work close with the owner to define the ideas and vision for the project and what the finished product will looks like as per the owner’s vision and requirements. In this phase will also include the field survey of the existing building as required for the proposed scope of work when applicable.​

​In the following phase of design development (D.D.), the previously approved  preliminary drawings are ​fleshed out and enhanced with the goal of creating the final design shape of the project 

that will fully reflect the owner’s vision and ideas as approved for the following phase of construction documents (CD's).

The construction documents (CD's) phase is where the designer will fully develop the set of construction documents to  be coordinated with the engineering team (Structural, T24 and EM&P) as required in order to produce the final documentation that will fully comply with the adopted Building Codes in order to move forward for city / county approval for construction permits.
